If it has the 4x 2.6 Ghz and 4x1.5 Ghz processors it will still be faster having 4 more processors than the Snapdragon. So what I understand is that it's either a 6 Core processor if it has 2x 2.26GHz processors or 8 Core when it has 4x 2.3 Ghz processors.
