It is the nature of live performance that start and running times may vary, and artists, programmes, and other details may be subject to last minute changes.

By order of the licensing authority, under no circumstances shall persons be permitted to sit in any gangway which intersects the seating.

We will make every effort to admit latecomers at a suitable break in the performance, but we cannot always guarantee entry.

The management reserves the right to refuse admission, and to request any ticket holder to leave our buildings at any time at its discretion.

The standard booking fee will be charged on tickets purchased with gift vouchers.

Gift vouchers bought with a credit card must be sent to the cardholder's registered address.

They can only be used to purchase tickets from the box office.

Gift vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of issue.

Printed tickets can be exchanged within the run of the same event at a cost of 50p per ticket.

These refunds should be claimed within two weeks of the date of the performance

If a performance is cancelled you may be offered a rescheduled date where possible, or a refund of the face value of the ticket only.

Tickets are for personal use only and must not be resold for commercial gain.Anvil Arts reserves the right to introduce discounts and special offers at any time, and these cannot be applied to tickets already purchased.Only one discount can apply to any one ticket.
